Pace Residential customer reviews

I had PACE come re-insulate my attic of my house. Evan was quick to come and do the job, he spray foamed a couple inches then blew in 16” of insulation on top of that. He did it in November and our attic was so poorly insulated we actually had a bat living in it cause the heat from our house was actually making it into the attic and we also had bad ice dams on the roof prior. After all his work we’ve never had a bat or any ice dams, and even during the summer months it’s helped keep our upstairs a lot cooler as well. 10/10 would recommend.

’ve worked with Pace Residential on several of my homes, and I can honestly say they are the only construction company I will ever use or refer. In an industry where communication, honesty, and quality matter everything, Pace Residential continues to exceed expectations every single time. Their craftsmanship is top-notch, attention to detail is incredible, and they truly care about doing the job the right way, not the easy way. From start to finish, the entire team has always been professional, responsive, and trustworthy. They show up when they say they will, communicate throughout the process, and take pride in their work. I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, and very few operate at this level. Whether it’s renovations, repairs, or larger projects, they consistently deliver high-quality work and make the entire process stress-free. If you are looking for a construction company in Wisconsin that you can truly trust with your home, Pace Residential is it. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for first-class service and exceptional workmanship.

Evan and crew do excellent work, great communication and very reasonable rates. Pace Residential is highly recommended!

Evan and Ben at Pace were absolute rockstars for us. This last winter we had a construction project run long in our little historic house renovation, and were without attic insulation when an unforecasted snowstorm blew through and we had all kinda ice dams starting to form. We called Evan and he squeezed us in, blowing insulation into our attic on something like a -10 degree day, in the dark. Pace is neat, on time, knows their stuff, and Evan answered all of my many questions. I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone who needs insulation!

Excellent Services & Quality! Evan (Pace Residential owner) re-insulated our entire home to address a serious condensation issue due to original poor insulation in the home. The job included removal of all the old insulation, re-insulation of the entire home with spray foam and fiberglass blow-in (3000 sq foot home with custom roof design which required four different large areas needing insulation). Pace did an excellent job with this project; Evan took the time to explain everything throughout the project, and we are very pleased with the work that was done. I would highly recommend Pace Residential!!

Great experience with Pace Residential. Did exactly what we wanted and very prompt. Will use them for future projects.

Evan from Pace Residential is amazing! He’s stuck with me for a while as we are building a project with him. Some work has been done and he’s fun, professional and knowledgeable. The entire process has been easy and clear! Evan makes a great effort to be effective and efficient all in one. I have learned a lot since our project started and Evan has been there every step of the way making sure I understand. I am someone who gets upset zero to 60 fast about things and most of the time it’s not needed! He’s very good at explaining why something is done the way it’s done and for someone like me that’s priceless. His crew is pretty amazing as well! Josh is polite and professional! All in all this is a great team and buisness to use! It’s a family affair for sure! Ask him what PACE stands for it’s adorable! There’s a lot with this company behind the scenes and I was lucky enough to meet his wife and kids. If you’re spending your money spend it here!

If you want just about any job done when it comes to construction and done extremely well these guys are a great great bang for your buck

Pace Residential is amazing. My husband and I had a deteriorated deck floor on our Pergola. Grant and his team came and removed all the old decking, replaced all the stringers and deck with beautiful wood. They removed and cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away. They were all so nice, did an outstanding, professional job. I highly recommend them and we look forward to having them do more projects for us in the future. Thank you Grant, and your guys that were here today!!

Had Evan out to our place yesterday. He did a great job spray foaming for a hot tub / sauna room. Had a small glitch with the equipment but had the ability to fix it and carry on. Evan was on time, professional and clean. Would highly recommend Pace Residential.
